Job summary

Syngenta Group in Indonesia seeks an Environmental and Sustainability Engineer to join our on-site team in Gunung Putri, Bogor. You will lead and support environmental and sustainability programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor performance data across emissions, wastewater, and waste management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management or Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong English skills and knowledge of ISO 14001 and HSE systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Management or Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Environmental and Sustainability in manufacturing contexts.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management System and Indonesia environmental laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Environmental & Sustainability programs, campaigns, projects, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, ISO 14001:2015, and HSE standards.
• Monitor environmental performance data: air emissions, wastewater, hazardous waste, and monitoring results.
