Job summary

Applicants should have a bachelor’s in Environmental Management or Engineering and 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, with knowledge of waste management, audits, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Management or Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in Environmental and Sustainability in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management System and Indonesian environmental law.
• Able to conduct risk assessment, workplace inspection, incident investigation and internal audits.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Environmental & Sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, ISO 14001, and HSE standards.
• Monitor environmental performance data (air emissions, wastewater, waste).
• Develop and review environmental controls, risk assessments, audits and MOC.
• Promote HSE training and CAN DO behavior across activities.
