About the role

As an Environmental Engineer Specialist - Water Treatment Plant at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the company's water treatment facilities. This full-time position is based in Karawaci Banten, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of the water treatment plant.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimise the performance of water treatment systems.
2. Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards related to water quality, wastewater discharge, and waste management.
3. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of water treatment equipment and infrastructure.
4. Analyse water quality data, identify and resolve any issues, and implement process improvements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable water management strategies.
6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on environmental performance and compliance.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in water treatment and environmental management.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or a similar role in the environmental engineering industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of water treatment processes, including chemical treatment, filtration, and disinfection.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
