Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an Environmental/Health/Safety professional to support AML and regulatory compliance across mills and estates in Jakarta. You will prepare official letters to the Ministry of LHK, assist in AMDAL-related documentation, and ensure adherence to environmental standards including LB3 and LA controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, willingness to work in Thamrin, and full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skills: amdal, iplh, ispo/rspo/iscc, iso 14001, LA & LB3.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin, Jakarta.
• Prefer Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters to the Ministry of LHK guiding BLH for documents on new plantation, new mill, or AMDAL addendum.
• Prepare technical recommendations and resumes for EPM Region Staff on IL/ IPLH compliance and ISPO/RSPO/ISCC; support TPS LB3 facilities and related permits.
• Conduct internal audit compliance for AMDAL implementation and environmental management (LB3, LA, waste control, emissions).
• Propose budgets and monitoring plans for environmental testing and compliance across mills, estates, and facilities.
• Arrange RKL/RPL reports to KLHK and document data for GAR Sustainability reporting.
• Assist and document improvements from PROPER audits and provide guidance for ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, and permitting processes.
