Within our expanding agency, you will receive structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and ongoing mentorship to develop advisory skills and professional communication. No prior experience is required, as training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas
• Able to attend weekly training sessions in Sudirman
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Professional and growth-oriented mindset
• No prior experience in insurance or finance is required. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.
