Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and administrative tasks.
• Check and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other finance documents.
• Input and update financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with daily sales and payment reconciliation.
• Monitor stock and inventory records.
• Assist with regular stock take and physical inventory counting.
• Check stock differences and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of finance and inventory documents.
• Assist in preparing simple finance, sales, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with retail outlets and other departments regarding finance and stock matters.
• Support other finance and administrative tasks as required.
