Milliman is seeking fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of industry experience to join our life insurance team in Indonesia as an Actuarial Associate. You will support a diverse range of projects across Southeast Asia, including modelling, pricing of new products, and valuation of life insurers.

This role emphasizes ongoing professional development in a stimulating environment with a hybrid workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or other numerate degree with strong academics.
• Good progress on actuarial exams is a plus.
• Ability to analyse and apply creative problem-solving independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong time management.
• Proficiency in Excel and VBA; experience with actuarial software is valued.
