About the role

Join the dynamic team at Am Badar & Am Badar as an Entry Data Specialist. In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's data management systems. With a focus on data entry and word processing, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Retrieving incoming letters as well as scheduling and distributing incoming letters from clients or the KI to specialist staff, correspondents, and for filing.
2. Accurately input data into our proprietary systems and databases (AFMS).
3. Proofread and verify data entries for completeness and accuracy.
4. Assist with the preparation and formatting of various word processing documents.
5. Acknowledging receipt of original documents for correspondence received via courier.

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of data entry experience.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Experience in a data entry or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services environment.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge about IP (Intellectual Property).
