Position Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (Hunter) – Financial Services Industry (FSI)
Industry: Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager with a hunter mentality to accelerate our growth in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) vertical. You will focus on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding our presence in the cybersecurity market. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience selling cybersecurity solutions to large financial institutions and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise accounts within the FSI sector, focusing on banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and other senior executives within target organizations.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to product presentations, solution demonstrations, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product, and technical specialists) to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry developments relevant to the FSI sector.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of enterprise sales experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on the FSI sector.

  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, services, and the unique challenges faced by financial institutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
