Job summary

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSN Group) is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead ERM processes across business units and corporate functions in Jakarta. You will identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report risks, and develop risk registers, KRIs, risk profiles, and Top Risk reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years in ERM, knowledge of COSO/ISO 31000, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of ERM experience.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM and ISO 31000.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report risks across units.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, KRIs, risk profiles, and Top Risk reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive risk analysis on strategic, operational, financial, sustainability, regulatory, technology and emerging risks.
• Monitor risk exposures in natural resources and manufacturing; challenge risk owners.
• Provide insights and recommendations for management decisions and major projects.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through engagement with risk owners.
