Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to grow GrabMart by establishing relationships with high-profile merchants. We are looking for experts who excel at challenges and are excited to join our winning organization. This is an on-site position reporting to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Partner Management: manage merchant relationships to improve business growth using data-driven analysis (Return on investment, KPIs).
  • Co-Marketing: Design and implement strategic co-marketing campaigns with partners to deliver value to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the merchant experience.
  • Ecosystem Synergy: Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners across the Grab ecosystem (e.g. OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip and Grab For Business).
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience of sales business development, account management or operations.
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience) to generate revenue.
  • You excel in an agile environment and excel at juggling multiple tasks.
  • You have a clear articulation and negotiation skills in English.
  • You have a genuine interest for the on-demand delivery industry, in particular the future of mart delivery.
