Do you have a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering successful sales results within Enterprise Customers? Are you passionate about new technologies and looking to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization?

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team to cover the expanding market in Indonesia. You will play a key role in driving a significant share of the revenue for Splunk within the Enterprise Market (Telco), working closely with our regional partners.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver subscriptions, renewals, and service revenue targets – committed to numbers and deadlines.
  • Account penetration, planning, and opportunity management for named accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within your territory.
  • Lead a matrixed account team including solution engineers, business development reps, inside sales reps, and customer success managers.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, enhance customer relationships, promote value selling, and drive adoption expansion through renewals.
  • Collaborate with partners for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports weekly via the CRM system.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large enterprises by emphasizing value and ROI.
  • Coordinate with international and domestic teams such as Advisory, Product, and Marketing to expand deal size and demonstrate value.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market intelligence to develop sales strategies and position Splunk solutions.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in direct new business account management, selling into enterprise, and working with/channel partners in Indonesia.
  • Proven success in closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals with C-suite executives.
  • Experience with IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and security software.
  • Strong executive presence with persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment with resilience.
  • Capability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Successful track record in consultative sales, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Self-motivated with excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience managing multiple partner deals and influencing without authority.
  • Native Bahasa speaker required to manage Indonesian clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of value selling methodologies.
