Role Description

The English Tutor will deliver engaging and structured English lessons to diverse learner groups, including kids, school students, university students, professionals, and test preparation participants (IELTS/TOEFL). Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson methods, teaching classes on-site in East Java, Indonesia, guiding learners in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and providing feedback on assignments and assessments. The tutor will help learners strengthen English grammar and communication skills, adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, and maintain accurate records of learner progress. This is a full-time, on-site role that may involve teaching at multiple branch locations and collaborating with the team to improve curriculum and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver effective English Teaching and Tutoring sessions to learners of various ages and levels.
• Skills in Online Tutoring and digital tools for supporting blended or online learning when needed.
• Strong command of English Grammar and the ability to explain concepts clearly and accessibly.
