Job summary

English Is Easy, part of Falcon Pictures Group, seeks energetic educators to deliver live in-person classes to Indonesian learners and to host live sessions on TikTok and Instagram. You will work with a proprietary curriculum, appear in short-form content, and collaborate with the curriculum and marketing teams to refine teaching materials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in English or a related field, or an English-taught degree, and at least 1 year of ESL/EFL teaching experience.

About the role: Part Time or Full Time

English Is Easy is looking for energetic, camera-ready educators to deliver live, engaging in-person classes to Indonesian kids, teenagers and adults using a proprietary curriculum, and to host and present live teaching sessions on TikTok and Instagram. You will help learners gain real-world speaking confidence both in person and online.

Key responsibilities

Deliver live, engaging in-person classes to Indonesian teenagers and adults using the proprietary curriculum (full lesson plans, slides and materials provided).

Host and present live teaching sessions on TikTok and Instagram (@englishiseasy_ec), interacting with viewers in real time and making English approachable and fun using our proprietary curriculum.

Appear in short-form educational content (Reels and TikToks) together with the marketing and content team.

Collaborate with curriculum and content teams to refine materials.

Evaluate student performance and give timely, encouraging feedback.

About you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education or a related field, or a degree taught in English

Minimum 1 year of ESL/EFL teaching experience (online or in-person)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom-management skills

Confident and natural on camera, with a vibrant personality and strong presence

Familiar with social media and possess public speaking skills.
