English Teacher

• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
• Creative and innovative teaching approach to make learning enjoyable and impactful
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
• Able to work with shifting schedule
• Able to work on weekends
• To be placed in English 1 Sleman City Hall

Progress Advisor

• Strong service mindset and customer-oriented attitude
• Sales skills: able to pitch effectively and close deals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English (minimum B1 level, oral and written)
• University degree
• Willingness to work on weekends
• To be placed in English 1 Sleman City Hall

Job responsibilities

• Re-sell English 1 courses and generate referrals through strong customer relationships
• Build trust with students and parents
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding progress, homework, and concerns
• Provide consistent updates and important information
• Manage student, parents, and class data using CRM system
• Organize and deliver parent-facing events based on guidelines
• Observe lessons to understand student performance and report to parents
