Job description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Native English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and passion for teaching English and a great commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a relevant field.

Valid or internationally recognized teaching certification or license (e.g.: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA/DELTA, or equivalent).

Knowledge of International Curricula will be most preferred.

Able to commit to a minimum of a one-year contract.

Minimum of 3 (three) years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.

Must be a native speaker of English.

Creative approach to teaching and learning.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in classroom management.

Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons to students.

Developing teaching and learning program.

Supervise, instruct and assist student’s process of learning, provide thorough feedback to students on their assignments, prepare and implement assessment items.

Determine curriculum changes in general and for individual students.

Prepare evidence of student outcomes through displays, portfolios, performances, and publications (newsletter, booklets, magazines)

Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities.

Maintain accurate and complete records for students and all administration in an efficient, orderly and up-to-date manner.

Maintain professional and open lines of communication with parents.

Participate in professional development and school events.
