English Teacher (EF Kids & Teens Yus Group)

Central Java: EF Purwokerto

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the Senior Teaching Manager.
2. Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching.
3. Be familiar with all courses of study at the Center.
4. Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes.
5. Use audio/video materials in classes. Expose students to the technology used in current courses.
6. Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary.
7. Maintain student and class records. Administer, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests, and assessments.
8. Be responsible for students' welfare and progress.
9. Inform students of center safety and behavior policies.
10. Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.
11. Cooperate with the Center Director and Senior Teaching Manager in ensuring constructive communication and efficient operation of the center.
12. Continually strive for self-development and attend regular developmental meetings with the Senior Teaching Manager.
13. Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students.
14. Conduct or assist in demo (trial) lessons as assigned.
15. Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, LIFE Clubs, tutorials, seminars, presentations, and center social events.
