English Teacher

Uncle Tom Education Centre (UTEC) is looking for Full-Time English Teachers / Instructors. Willing to be placed at UTEC headquarter office at Babelan, North Bekasi, West Java.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational background: Diploma or Undergraduate, preferably English Literature or English Education major.

Local candidates residing around North Bekasi, Medan Satria, and Babelan are preferred.

Minimum work experience: 0 years; however, candidates with 2+ years of experience will be prioritized.

Proficient in applying engaging, effective, and efficient teaching methods.

Hardworking and creative individual. The main evaluation criteria are your attitude and high perseverance in learning new things.

Fluent in English. Minimum in intermediate-advance level. (Candidate with TOEFL certification must possess TOEFL score with min. score 450)

First Stage:

1. Interview 1 (Human Capital)
2. Microteaching 1 (User-Academic)

Second Stage:

1. Interview 2 (Finance)
2. 3-Days Observation

Job Description:

1. Prepare, submit and present lesson plans to the Academic Manager.
2. Prepare teaching media.
3. Implement learning approach based on UTEC standard; Fun (lessons are designed to be exciting and active), Effective (easily understood by various types of learners), and Efficient (student-centered).
4. Input daily grades into the institution's Academic Information System.
5. Manage student's daily score, assessment, and extra classes.
6. Manage internal academic events.
7. Maintain good communications between parents and students.

Working Hours:

Full-Time Instructors: MON- SAT 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (8 Hours).
