Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medical/healthcare fields. Proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
2. At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, health management, or related fields. Team leadership experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with customer needs in the medical market; relevant industry resources and MCU customer contacts are a plus.
4. Strong PPT production, public speaking, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Passionate, resilient under work pressure, proactive, diligent, and dedicated. Demonstrates pioneering spirit and resilience.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell Airdoc's AI diagnostic solutions to hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
2. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospitals, and distributors.
3. Achieve quarterly sales targets and manage the entire sales cycle.
4. Educate healthcare providers on AI-assisted diagnosis benefits and ROI.
5. Coordinate product demonstrations and pilot projects.
6. Analyze market trends and provide competitive insights.
7. Ensure timely payment collection and address customer issues.
8. Build strategic partnerships with radiology departments and key physicians.
9. Gather market feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

1. Over 5 years of medical device sales experience.
2. Proven success in hospital or key account management.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medical or Business fields.
