- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE 24/7 including Weekend and Public Holiday

Responsibility :
- Answering an Incoming chats, call and respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Call
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
