  • Answer incoming chats, calls, and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and call.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Document all information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete all chat logs.
  • Update customer profiles in the computer.
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain service level.
  • Locate user problems quickly and provide solutions.
