Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat, using English

• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience

• Follow communication guidelines and procedures to maintain high-quality service

• Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with internal teams

• Meet performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal tools and systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Excellent reading comprehension and typing skills

• Ability to make clear, objective decisions based on policy and guidelines

• Comfortable using digital platforms, helpdesk tools, and working in a fast-paced setting

• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta

• Open to permanent night shift work, including weekends and public holidays
