English Customer Service for Live Chat (Yogyakarta Site)

We're calling out Jobseekers including Fresh Graduates who are eager to learn, have a strong passion for customer service roles and related fields, and are ready to join immediately as our English Customer Expert (Live chat) for Yogyakarta site with details below:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat).
  2. Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
  3. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.
  4. Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
  5. Work with other team members in identifying better ways to provide better customer support.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum D3 or bachelor's degree from all majors.
  2. Maximum age of 35 years old.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Preferable B2 level of English proficiency; will be tested during the recruitment process).
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Flexible for SHIFTING schedule and changes.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.
  7. Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  8. Fast learner and independent to work in the multi-LOB (email and live chat).
  9. Ready to join in April 2025.
