Job Summary

This role focuses on providing responsive, accurate, and friendly customer support through non-voice channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

️ Job Descriptions

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)

• Handle questions related to products, orders, refunds, returns, and general service

• Ensure high-quality and accurate responses while maintaining a positive tone

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Meet individual performance and quality targets

• Stay updated on policies, procedures, and service guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team leads and quality assurance teams

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate (D3/S1 preferred)

• Strong written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Experience in non-voice customer service is an advantage
