  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
  • Fluent English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 level)
  • Willingness to work on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
