Job description

Minimum 6 months experience in E-commerce platform, customer service, or after-sales consulting is preferred.

Proficient in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a B1 level.

Familiar with computer operating systems and Office software.

Experience in chat servicing is an advantage.

Possesses logical reasoning and customer empathy.

Available to join immediately.

Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.

Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta (Pakuwon Mall).

Work Description

• Website operation consultation, assisting customers with account registration, order placement and tracking, cancellations, payments, reviews, disputes, refunds/returns, and inquiries about logistics, delivery, customs, marketing campaigns, and offers.
• Handling customer complaints, documenting complaint chronology, managing complaints with empathy, connecting with customer emotions, and escalating issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.
