A leading customer service firm in Yogyakarta is seeking candidates for a customer service role. Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in E-commerce or related fields, be proficient in English, and be ready to work in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and managing complaints effectively.
Minimum 6 months experience in E-commerce platform, customer service, or after-sales consulting is preferred.
Proficient in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a B1 level.
Familiar with computer operating systems and Office software.
Experience in chat servicing is an advantage.
Possesses logical reasoning and customer empathy.
Available to join immediately.
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta (Pakuwon Mall).
