Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training
  • Train new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
  • Identify training needs at project level
  • Develop non-classroom communication and training materials
  • Assess individual participant and class performance
  • Create specific reports based on trainees performance/feedback and other reports requested by the client and the management team
  • Participate in client interactions including curriculum feedback and client visits
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment
  • Closely collaborate with operations and all support functions
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered, including Security, HR, Operations, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by the management team
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • D3/S1 min. education
  • Language Skills: B2 English
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a training role including creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Experienced with BPOs is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; demonstrated experience effectively presenting to large audiences
  • Highly effective time and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt trainings to user needs and requests
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines
