Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electronics is preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or upscale residences.
• Adaptability: Must work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to emergencies.
• Communication and teamwork: Interact with guests, colleagues, and other departments; good communication and coordination skills.
• Equipment and tool proficiency: Familiar with tools and testing/diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

The Technician also assists in the installation and setup of new equipment and collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without causing disruptions to guests. Their expertise and technical skills are essential in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests, maintaining the high standards of the residences, and upholding its reputation for excellence in hospitality.
