Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Supervisor located in Bali, Indonesia. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing engineering teams, ensuring maintenance and repair activities, and coordinating construction tasks. The role includes supervising staff, implementing engineering management strategies, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Supervisory Skills and Engineering Management experience
• Proficiency in Project Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Knowledge of Construction practices and principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in a jewellery manufacturing setting is a plus
• Strong leadership able to supervise, guide and work together with inspector, technicians and other.
• The detail oriented, proactive critical, analytical, ans logical approach to problem solving.
• Prior experience in maintanance and project.
• Working knowledge familiar of technical software would be preferable.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-tasl and re-priotize as necessary.
• Must have mechatronics skills.
