Engineering Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Staff to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting and executing engineering projects related to automotive parts production, particularly injection and stamping processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, analyzing problems, and ensuring all specifications and testing standards are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, analyzing problems, and ensuring all specifications and testing standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an engineering project staff in automotive manufacturing (injection & stamping).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings.
• Skilled in using 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with technical standards and product testing specifications.
• Able to operate measuring instruments (e.g., caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
• Possess a valid SIM A (Indonesian driving license).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
