Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturing company located in Cikampek is seeking an Engineering Staff. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include controlling equipment calibration, monitoring assembly lines, and creating technical documentation. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3) or English is preferred, along with discipline and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Controlling the correlation and calibration of INJ master equipment.
• Monitoring the usage of master equipment on INJ Assembly Line 1 & 2.
• Updating master documents and machine-related documentation.
• Performing periodic preventive maintenance on INJ Assembly Line machinery.
• Creating technical drawings for machine components (jigs, chucks, guides, etc.).
• Setting up machines, checking parameters, and collecting operational data.
• Developing work plans and evaluating actual performance achievements.

Skills
