Engineering Project Handler

Company Overview: PT. Dimulti Pilar Narmadi is a consulting firm located in Margonda, Depok, West Java. Established in 2008, we operate across three main business areas: product compliance, swimming pool contracting, and media services.

Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Engineering Project Handler in our Product Compliance Division. This position involves overseeing compliance engineering projects, ensuring the smooth execution of testing processes, and maintaining effective technical communication with the customer's engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling some type approval certification projects.
2. Monitor testing application process from submission, reporting, and delivery.
3. Respond to inquiries from project managers, project handlers, and customers via phone, instant messaging, email, and other communication tools.
4. Collaborate with project handlers, project managers, and customers to develop and discuss test plans and strategies.
5. Facilitate communication between the testing lab and project handlers or project managers to ensure the testing process runs smoothly.
6. Coordinate with laboratory partners to address any issues that arise during the testing process.
7. Negotiate with laboratory partners to resolve testing issues in a timely manner.
8. Write technical articles for publication on the company website.
9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Recent graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in English, as most client communications will be conducted in this language.
5. Demonstrates discipline, professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
