Job Description
- Working with the product team to translate the key organisational objectives into a list of projects.
- Work with the operational team to understand operational issues and use them for product improvement development.
- Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products through participation in brainstorming, architectural review, task delegation, project management, and code review.
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in the business and engineering teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from reputable universities.
- Solid experience in Software Engineering with a minimum of 6 years, including 3+ years as an engineering manager—preferably with experience in building Payment and Fraud related domains.
- Excellent verbal communication, mentorship, influence skills, and personal maturity.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate between solution and implementation.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
