About Our Client

Job Description
  • Working with the product team to translate the key organisational objectives into a list of projects.
  • Work with the operational team to understand operational issues and use them for product improvement development.
  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products through participation in brainstorming, architectural review, task delegation, project management, and code review.
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in the business and engineering teams.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from reputable universities.
  • Solid experience in Software Engineering with a minimum of 6 years, including 3+ years as an engineering manager—preferably with experience in building Payment and Fraud related domains.
  • Excellent verbal communication, mentorship, influence skills, and personal maturity.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate between solution and implementation.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
