Job summary

Arkhadaya Energy seeks a senior Electrical Engineer in Jakarta to oversee the engineering and design processes, develop solutions from Technical Requirements, and ensure compliance with national and international standards.

You will lead technical discussions with Project Management Leaders, clients and third parties, contribute to long-term R&D strategy, and help implement internal policies while promoting high performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years if master's degree.
• Experience in EPC and field operations is essential.
• Led projects across survey, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and review engineering and design processes.
• Develop solutions based on technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Lead technical discussions with Project Management Leaders, clients and third parties.
• Participate in long-term R&D strategy with founders and executives.
• Create and implement internal policies.
