As a Hotel Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's physical infrastructure and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising and leading the engineering department, including technicians and maintenance staff.
2. Overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, from routine repairs to major renovations.
3. Managing the department's budget and identifying cost-effective solutions.
4. Implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
6. Monitoring and optimizing energy usage and sustainability efforts.
7. Responding to emergencies and guest complaints promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in hotel engineering management or a similar role.
3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
