The role involves mentoring multidisciplinary teams, driving value engineering, and supporting construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Collaborate with Project, Construction, Procurement, and Client teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership in design management, value engineering, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support project execution through technical guidance during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering function by providing technical leadership, design management, engineering coordination, and technical governance across MEP and critical infrastructure projects. The role ensures engineering solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, compliant with project requirements, and aligned with client expectations.

• Lead engineering design, technical reviews, and MEP coordination for Data Centre and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project, Construction, Procurement, and Client teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project execution.
• Provide technical leadership in design management, value engineering, and engineering quality control.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Support project execution through technical guidance during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in engineering management, MEP design, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience in EPC, MEP, Data Centre, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Mission-Critical projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience with engineering design reviews, technical coordination, and construction support.
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM tools, and MS Office.
