Job Requirements

Similar experience with at least 8 years of engineering experience and a minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience.

Significant experience as a successful software development leader in large-scale internet and mobile applications.

Experience working for startups or scale-up companies is preferred.

Deep and practical programming and architecture skills, with a proven willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex low-latency web services with a large consumer base.

Experience leading large engineering teams and driving projects and products crucial to the company's mission, collaborating with product, design, and commercial teams for success.

Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-quality multidisciplinary teams.

Strong communication skills and ability to act as an advisor, coach, mentor, and partner.
