Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and implementing mine plans.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability of mining operations through optimized coal extraction.
• Develop detailed mine designs, scheduling, and cost estimates using advanced computer modeling software.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and communicate progress and issues to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mine planning and/or operations.
• Proficiency in advanced computer modeling software for mine planning and design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
