About the role

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee complex engineering projects, leading a team of talented engineers to deliver innovative solutions that support the company's growth. This full-time position is based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.

Job Description:

• Prepare and plan yearly engineering activities with approval from the Manufacturing Director and President Director.
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule by maintaining trained personnel.
• Organize engineering teams according to departmental needs and targets.
• Manage preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and develop strategies to reduce machine downtime.
• Monitor engineering projects to ensure safety standards are met.
• Maintain minimum spare parts inventory to support engineering operations.
• Check raw material inventory weekly and perform related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Engineer.
• Skills in product, process, and machine expertise.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing shop floor activities with an emphasis on safety.
• Ability to improve systems to reduce losses and increase productivity.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
