Job summary

Diageo Bali is seeking a Production Worker - Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance across production, utilities and facilities. You will ensure compliance with maintenance plans, optimize uptime, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, machinery and instrumentation knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Strong leadership per DIAGEO standard.
Experience with Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts.
Instrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems Management.
Lean Manufacturing / TPM and Energy Management.
Experience implementing Asset Care / MMS programs.
Experience managing utilities and facility maintenance.
Five years in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument roles.
Able to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Implement ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 systems per Diageo standards.
Ensure maintenance plans and KPIs meet targets and budgets.
Control maintenance costs within approved budgets.
Develop and manage technicians.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure OT availability of production, utility, and facility equipment.
