Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical management.
• 5+ years in a managerial maintenance/engineering role in customer goods industries.
• Strong technical understanding of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and monitor engineering support for production and budget alignment.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities (boiler, electricity, water) to keep production running smoothly.
• Manage boiler operations and spare parts usage.
• Evaluate engineering performance, budget, and implement optimizations.
• Ensure EH&S compliance within the engineering team.
• Drive improvements with production managers and develop action plans.
• Represent customer needs in engineering projects and manage budgets.
