Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering tasks across our facilities in Indonesia. The role involves guiding technicians and operators in executing planned maintenance and repairs while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and industry standards.

Candidate will monitor equipment condition, report breakdowns or abnormalities, and maintain records to support reporting and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance supervision or team leadership is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and SOPs relevant to industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with engineering standards used in manufacturing facilities.
