Job summary

JAPFA is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering tasks according to work plans. You will guide technicians and operators in executing maintenance and repair work, ensuring adherence to safety SOPs and engineering standards.

This role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing environment, meticulous record-keeping, and proactive reporting of breakdowns or abnormalities to sustain reliable operations across sites in Indonesia and beyond.
