• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering (coming from top universities).
• Min 9 years of experience handling all mining section (mine plan, mine engineering, survey, Geotech, geology, coal quality) in owner company.
• Proficiency in advanced computer modeling software for mine planning and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
