Now we are looking for a highly motivated, solution-oriented – Engineering Assistant Manager with exceptional leadership skills, who can inspire our team to achieve their goals and consistently excel at Grand Hyatt Bali.

As Engineering Assistant Manager, you will assist the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and economical operation of the Engineering Department. You will support all other operating departments, provide services as required to the entire operation, and maintain equipment, building, and grounds in optimal condition.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's or diploma degree from a related major, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2. Solid technical knowledge is essential. You need to understand basic principles in the field of engineering. The ability to read and understand engineering drawings is also a must.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage team members.
4. Ability to analyze situations and solve problems that arise during work processes.
5. Technical skills and knowledge in Electrical/power plant, HVAC/chiller plant, and mechanical pumps are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for reporting is also necessary.
6. Ability to use design software and other engineering software (e.g., CAD – computer-aided design) is a plus.
