Qualifications

Job description

Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics

Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Assistant Managaer in Manufacturing company / Food Industry / FMCG

Have a proven record of practical implementation of preventive maintenance system

Have a knowledge & experience to Manage an Engineering project

Understand 3 phase electricity electrical control wiring, PLC operational

Understand Inverter operational and basic parameeter setting

Familiar with budget control

Fluent in English and or minimum N3 for Japanese skill will be advantage

Responsibility :

Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.

Perform necessary analysis, estimate and preparation for all maintenance work such as repair, modification, improvement and new installation.

Ensures that all machinery, equipment, are maintained in excellent working condition to support production prosess.

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available.

Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.

Responsible to implementation GMP, ISO 22000, 45001, 14001 in Engineering area.
