Job summary

PT. Impian Property Management in Badung, Bali, seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our developments in Uluwatu and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on reliability and performance. You will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure compliance with building codes, support project teams and clients, monitor progress, and pursue cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar MEP engineering role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing the MEP systems for our prestigious developments in the Uluwatu area.
