Job summary

PT United Transworld Trading (UTT) seeks an experienced Engineer ME (Project & Maintenance DC Facility) to lead electrical and mechanical aspects of data center projects, from planning through handover. You will review TOR, prepare execution plans, conduct kick-off meetings, and develop method statements.

The role requires min 6 years in construction DC projects, relevant certification, English proficiency, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder communications and progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Education: Polytechnic or bachelor’s degree in Electrical with 6+ years experience in construction projects for Data Center.
• Valid certifications: SKA or SKK Ahli Madya/Utama Electrical or Mechanical.
• English: active proficiency (presentation level).
• Master the project stages: prep, engineering, construction, examination (L1-L5), integration, handover.

Responsibilities

• Review TOR and Contract of Work.
• Provide Project Execution Plan and conduct kick-off meeting with customer.
• Provide method statements and monitor progress to meet schedule.
• Manage communications with customers, construction management, and third parties.

Engineer ME (Project & Maintenance DC Facility)

Description of work & responsibility

Review document TOR (Term of Requirement), document Contract of Work.

Provide Project Execution Plan, and conduct Kick off meeting with customer.

Provide Method statement of work for construction, monitoring implementation work and review the progress of work meet with schedule.

Conduct stages of project management: preparation work, engineering work, construction work, examination work and handover to project owner.

Manage communication with project management stakeholder’s: customer, construction management, third party.

Requirement

• Education: Min. Polytechnic or bachelor’s degree Electrical, with min. 6 years experiences, been worked at construction project Data Center.
• Have a valid certificate, one of: SKA or SKK Ahli Madya/Utama Electrical or Mechanical
• Comprehends (at least one of):
• Electrical equipment: Panel Electrical MV-LV/UPS.
• Mechanical equipment: Genset/Cooling system/Fire Suppression System.
• Electronic equipment: DCIM/BMS (Monitoring System).
• Security system equipment: CCTV/Access control.
• Language: English active (presentation level).
• Master the project stages, starting from preparation works, engineering works, construction works, examination work (L1-L5), integration work, and handover work.
• Skilled in use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Media Online Meeting, Power Point etc.
