• Experience receiving tickets from SOC and executing actions based on customer requests
• Hands-on experience and configuration in SOC, including End Point, Data Center, Cloud Security, Network Devices, VPN
• Knowledge of Networks
• Knowledge of Servers
• Knowledge of End Point security
• Available for shift work (3 shifts for 24/7 coverage)
