Job summary

Heidelberg in Indonesia is seeking a proactive maintenance technician to perform assigned service jobs such as machine repair, re-conditioning, pre-installation, installation and preventive maintenance.

You will advise customers on repairs and preventive maintenance, support the spare parts team, and collaborate with Lifecycle Solutions on technical matters. Regular time sheet submission and adherence to service processes are expected.

• Executes assigned service jobs: repair of machine, re-condition, pre-installation, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Advises customers on machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provides feedback to management on customers’ requests and opinions.

• All service orders must be signed by customers after job completion; regular time sheet submission.

All service order must be duly signed by customers immediately after job done by Mservice PDA. Regular Time Sheet Submission Other assignment by either Service Manager/ Departmental manager from time to time
