Job description

This role requires an experienced Network Engineer with strong industry exposure, along with an IT and Telecommunication background.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT functions such as server installation, storage, access points, switches, and other IT devices
• Good attitude and willingness to support with a service-oriented mindset
• Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support and perform administrative/office tasks
• Suitable and presentable as a technical sales engineer to clients

Main Responsibilities :

1. Manage day-to-day IT support system operations, monitor and maintain systems to ensure proper functioning, analyze and troubleshoot issues
2. Design systems to support projects, oversee and test IT system installations
3. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
4. Assist customers during the Go-Live phase of new systems
5. Perform tasks including new product testing and hardware testing
6. Create and maintain IT documentation and procedures
7. Configure and install network devices and services (Routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Access Points)
8. Configure security devices (CCTV & Access control systems)
